Account Deletion & Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to stop using VerifyLabs and want your personal data removed from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

Request Account Deletion

Please use the form below to submit your request. Once submitted, our team will verify the request and purge your data within 3-5 business days.

Data that will be permanently deleted includes:
– Full Name
– Email Address
– Username and encrypted password
– Any uploaded metadata used for deepfake verification logs

Important: Manage Your Subscription

If your account is linked to a subscription on the Play Store, please note the deleting your account with us does not automatically cancel a subscription processed through the Google Play Store. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

How to Cancel Play Store Subscriptions

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select VerifyLabs and tap Cancel subscription.
